Marian and Dave’s Modern Romantic Wedding

Marian and Dave had the most beautiful chilly February afternoon wedding. Marian had the most stunning peaceful morning where she got ready with her mom and besties at a sweet little home and then we all headed to the chapel to get MARRIED!! The old cathedral boasted stunning stained glass windows and moody lighting for an intimate heartwarming ceremony. After these two lovebirds got hitched the three of us headed to a nearby Starbucks where they had had their first day years ago! This moment was so sweet as the surprised barista’s congratulated them, people in the drive through paid for gift cards as wedding gifts and the M+D got to bask in the newlywed bliss while sipping on a warm cup of coffee. From Starbucks we headed to downtown Ancaster, ON where we stopped along the way for more portraits before arriving at the reception venue, The Ancaster Mill. The classy romantic set up in the reception room was FULL of candles, white roses and even a sweet little bundt cake for M+D to cut together! After some heartwarming speeches and a delicious dinner we headed down to the kitchen where there was an unused elevator that we thought could be really cool for some flash photos; and it sure was. Marian and Dave danced the rest of the night away and just like that their stunning wedding day was over in a flash.
